Membership is based on a flat monthly, aged-based fee. Dr. Mancini is currently not accepting patients younger than 50 years of age. Current rates are as follows:

Don’t forget, there are no additional visits fees, copays or deductibles.
Your membership may be cancelled with a 30 day prior written notice.
