A member of our team will coordinate and accompany you to any specialist visits to help you understand the evaluation, assessment and recommendations. Patients are responsible for any specialist's fees/copays.

Receive a comprehensive gait assessment and movement pattern analysis to optimize movement efficiency and enhance performance. This is performed by one of the North Shore’s top physical therapists.

The therapist will analyze your walking, running, and other functional movements and create a tailored plan designed to reduce future injuries, maintain long-term function, and enhance your ability to stay active in recreational or athletic activities. This proactive approach ensures you remain healthy, active, and performing at your best.

Work with our dietician on a personalized nutrition plan that focuses on your specific health goals. A deep dive into your relationship with food, diet/lifestyle habits, medical history, family dynamics, and an evaluation of key nutrients (carbohydrate, fat, protein, vitamins, etc.) you may be lacking will help tailor a very specific plan for you.

Meal planning, eating on the go/travel, and grocery shopping (including an in-person grocery tour) will be addressed. Weekly accountability/check-ins are provided.

Assess the nutrient status of common vitamins, minerals, co-factors, amino acids, essential fatty acids, and more. This will help identify deficiencies to aid in curating a personalized supplement plan designed for disease prevention and health optimization.
